    Upon joining GETC, Everett will contact you via email or text. Together, you'll arrange an initial consultation at a time that suits you. During this meeting, you'll discuss your goals and aspirations with Everett, allowing him to mentor you in the most effective way possible.

  • Get to Know Your Athletic Coaches

    After your meeting with Everett, you'll be paired with the coaches best suited to your goals. Our strength training coaches collaborate with either a short-distance or long-distance running coach to optimize your training plan.

  • Meet Your Nutrition Coach

    After understanding your goals and crafting a personalized training plan, our coaching staff collaborates with our nutrition coach. During your session, the nutrition coach will provide a comprehensive guide on proper fueling tailored to your needs, considering factors like your grocery budget.

Phase 2: Introduce Yourself!
